By using VIBE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. Additional app-store, subscription, model-provider, and platform rules may apply to a particular purchase, feature, or generated output.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age in your location and have authority to accept these terms. You are responsible for account activity, device security, and accurate information. Do not share access in a way that undermines security or purchase controls.
Your inputs
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in prompts and uploaded content. You grant VIBE and necessary service providers a limited right to host, transmit, process, transform, and display those inputs solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to applicable notices and settings.
Your responsibility for content
You must own or have permission to use every uploaded photo, image, artwork, product visual, trademark, and other input. You are responsible for obtaining consent before uploading a person’s image and for determining whether a generated output is suitable for publication.
AI-generated outputs
AI outputs are probabilistic. They may be inaccurate, distorted, inconsistent, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. VIBE does not guarantee exact product preservation, identity consistency, text accuracy, originality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Commercial use and licensing
Commercial use depends on these terms, the selected model’s conditions, your rights in all inputs, and applicable law and platform policies. Review the relevant conditions before publishing. VIBE does not provide legal advice or guarantee that every generated output can be used commercially.
Prohibited use
- Unlawful impersonation, fraud, deceptive endorsements, or misleading claims.
- Harassment, exploitation, threats, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, bypass, or abuse the service.
- Automated access that violates technical controls or applicable provider terms.
Credits, subscriptions, and refunds
Generation requirements may vary by model, duration, resolution, audio, and settings. A failed or retried generation may be handled according to current in-app rules. Purchases and refunds made through Apple or Google Play are also subject to their billing policies. Review the current offer before buying.
Third-party models and services
VIBE may use third-party models and infrastructure. Availability, features, regional access, speed, pricing, and output behavior can change. VIBE is not the official app of those model providers unless an explicit, verified statement says otherwise.
Service changes and termination
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued to address product, safety, legal, provider, or operational needs. Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, abuse, risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VIBE is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Liability is limited as allowed by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
